Sacred Waters Workshop

Sunday, March 26, 2:30 p.m., Gateway YWCA multipurpose room

Water is celebrated as sacred in many religious traditions. Join us for a multimedia presentation of the water-connected rituals found in various religious traditions. The event will conclude outside by the creek with an interfaith blessing of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County waters.

Workshop leaders will include Jill Crainshaw, the Blackburn Professor of Worship and Liturgical Theology at Wake Forest School of Divinity; Phoebe Zerwick, director of the Wake Forest Journalism Program; and freelance photographer Christine Rucker.
